Bringing disused buildings back to life

We believe that buildings need love, just like people. It's sad to see a once beautiful building sitting empty. When there is a housing shortage and empty buildings, why not marry the two and create new, and much needed, homes and bring the building to life again.

This adds to the community. An empty building can be detrimental to a community, not only is it an eyesore, it can attract all manner of unpleasant things.

This is why we are working to transform these buildings into places people can call home, and create safe neighbourhoods.

We are currently working on a project to create 30 new homes in East Anglia which will have plenty of community space - which is perfect for the better together message. We will be bringing you plenty of updates here

Wamil Court

A former 35 bed care home Wamil Court was decommissioned and a new purpose built facility was erected on another site. This left Wamil Court unencumbered in a prime spot for residential homes.

We took the opportunity to purchase the building with our team and investors, applied for Planning Permission and it was granted in September 2020.

We will be creating 30 new homes for Mildenhall enabling people to downsize, get on the property ladder or be nearer to loved ones in the area.

We started on site in July 2021 and expect the build to finish autumn 2022.
