A 30 home community development
We purchased Wamil Court, a decommissioned former care home, in 2019 and submitted a pre-app to Suffolk County Council in October 2019 which was very well received.
Full Planning for Conversion into 30 new homes was submitted in December 2019 after public exhibitions and consultation with the local community and Parish Council.
After a delay Planning Consent was finally granted in September 2020. A number of surveys were carried out and we discharged some of the planning conditions prior to build. The build was fully underway by summer 2021 with the project reaching practical completion December 2022.
The Show Home was completed and staged for buyers to view. Check it out HERE Units are now sold and residents have moved in.
